Required Skills & Competencies

1. Technical Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with data entry software, ERP systems, or CRM tools .
• Basic understanding of spreadsheets, formulas, and data formatting.
• Ability to manage large datasets with speed and accuracy.

2. Typing & Accuracy

• Good typing speed (minimum 35 45 words per minute ) with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure error-free data entry .
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising quality.

3. Organizational & Analytical Skills

• Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of information.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset to identify and resolve inconsistencies in data.
