Telecaller - Lead Generation

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound calls for Company. The role involves contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining Company products/services, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads.
• Explain Company s products, plans, and offers clearly and convincingly.
• Identify customer needs and pitch suitable solutions.
• Maintain daily call logs and update customer information in the system.
• Follow up with leads to convert into active customers.
• Achieve set targets for lead generation and conversions.
• Provide a high level of customer engagement and professionalism.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Confidence to handle objections and close leads.
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM / MS Office).
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
• Prior experience in outbound calling / lead generation is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
