Job Description
Immediately required sales executive for a UK based process at Janjeerwala Square, Indore.& No rotational shifts& Fixed shift : 2pm-11pm | Mon-Fri 3:30pm- 8:30pm |&
Immediate joiners preferred&

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Research and identify potential clients in the UK market.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Understand customer requirements, business goals, and industry challenges.
  • Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline for conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Reach out to prospective clients and present company products/services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, virtual meetings, and consultations.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
  • Understand customer pain points and provide suitable solutions.
  • Follow up on leads consistently to maximize conversion rates.

3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing plans tailored to client needs.
  • Present service offerings in a compelling manner to influence purchase decisions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within approved company guidelines.
  • Work closely with the business development and legal teams to finalize deals.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients to the delivery team.

4. Revenue Generation & Target Achievement

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
  • Focus on upselling and cross-selling existing services where applicable.
  • Track individual performance metrics and report to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain a competitive edge by staying informed about market trends.
  • Use CRM tools to manage opportunities and forecast revenue.

5. UK Market-Specific Responsibilities

  • Work according to UK business hours to interact with potential clients.
  • Understand UK customer behavior, business culture, and purchasing patterns.
  • Stay updated with UK regulations, tax policies, and industry standards .
  • Provide region-specific insights to management for strategic decision-making.

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Coordinate with marketing to create region-specific sales materials.
  • Share client feedback with the product and service teams for enhancements.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure seamless delivery to UK clients.
  • Support the finance team in resolving payment-related queries.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to review targets, challenges, and improvements.
