Social Media Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while playing a crucial part in expanding our digital presence and engaging with our target audience across multiple platforms. Position Summary The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement. This role requires a creative individual with strong communication skills and technical expertise in digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Create engaging, original content including text posts, images, videos, and stories that align with brand voice and objectives
• Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules
• Monitor trending topics and incorporate relevant themes into content strategy

Digital Marketing & Advertising

• Design, implement, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
• Manage Google Ads campaigns and implement SEO best practices for social media content
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
• Stay current with platform algorithm changes and advertising policies

Community Management

• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
• Foster community engagement and build relationships with followers
• Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation
• Collaborate with customer service team to address inquiries and concerns

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze social media metrics, engagement rates, and campaign performance
• Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Use analytics tools to measure ROI and adjust strategies accordingly

Required Qualifications Essential Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven experience with Google SEO practices and keyword research
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram advertising)
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools

Technical Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
• Basic video editing skills
• Experience with content management systems and basic HTML knowledge is a plus
