Required Interior Designer - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development
  • Create innovative and functional interior design concepts tailored to client requirements.
  • Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings, 3D Max renders, and mood boards to present design ideas.
  • Ensure accuracy in layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
• Project & Site Execution
  • Supervise and manage on-site execution of design projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor quality of work, materials, and finishes as per design specifications.
• Vendor & Material Handling
  • Source, evaluate, and finalize materials, furniture, fixtures, and accessories.
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to support project timelines.
• Client Interaction
  • Understand client needs and translate them into functional design solutions.
  • Present design concepts and renders effectively to clients.
  • Incorporate client feedback into final designs while balancing aesthetics and functionality.
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and project timelines.
  • Maintain detailed project records and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with the finance and procurement teams for billing and approvals.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Rendering, and Photoshop .
• Strong eye for design, detailing, color schemes, and material selection.
• Good knowledge of interior trends, space planning, and design concepts.
• Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
