We are seeking a dynamic and creative PR Executive to manage our company s public image, media relations, and communication strategies. The PR Executive will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with media houses, stakeholders, clients, and the public to ensure a positive brand reputation. The role requires excellent communication, writing skills, creativity, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns and events effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Media & Public Relations
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and influencers.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and company announcements.
  • Pitch stories and secure media coverage for the company s brand and activities.
• Content & Communication
  • Write speeches, articles, blog posts, newsletters, and other PR materials.
  • Manage internal and external communication to ensure a consistent brand message.
  • Handle crisis communication with professionalism and clarity.
• Event Management
  • Organize press conferences, media briefings, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate product launches, CSR activities, and networking events.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events, including media coverage and follow-ups.
• Brand Image & Reputation Management
  • Monitor public perception of the company and competitors.
  • Handle customer and public queries related to brand image.
  • Develop PR campaigns to boost brand awareness and credibility.
• Digital PR & Social Media
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to manage social media PR campaigns.
  • Work with influencers and bloggers to enhance brand presence online.
  • Track online mentions and respond to public opinions where necessary.
• Reporting & Analysis
  • Maintain a database of media contacts and coverage reports.
  • Track PR campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Suggest strategies for continuous improvement in brand visibility.

Eligibility Criteria
