Exhibition 3D Stall Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Exhibition 3D Stall Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in industry-standard design software and capable of creating visually appealing and innovative 3D designs for exhibition stands, kiosks, and event stages. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to transform concepts into compelling 3D visualizations that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Stall & Event Design
  • Develop creative 3D concepts and designs for exhibition stalls, kiosks, pavilions, and event stages.
  • Translate client briefs into realistic and innovative 3D models and layouts.
  • Provide detailed design presentations including 3D renderings, mood boards, and visual walkthroughs.
• Client Collaboration
  • Understand client requirements, branding needs, and event objectives.
  • Create customized designs that balance creativity with practicality.
  • Incorporate client feedback and make revisions promptly.
• Technical Detailing & Planning
  • Prepare technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD for stall fabrication.
  • Ensure design feasibility in terms of space, materials, and cost.
  • Work with production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Software Utilization
  • Use tools such as 3D Max, V-Ray, Blender, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AutoCAD for creating designs and renderings.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of new design tools and industry trends.
• Project Coordination
  • Coordinate with fabrication, operations, and project management teams to ensure smooth stall execution.
  • Work on multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Strong proficiency in 3D Max, V-Ray, Blender, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW , and other design tools.
• Creative thinking with an eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality.
• Strong visualization and conceptualization abilities.
• Ability to present and explain designs to clients effectively.
• Good understanding of branding, space planning, and event requirements.
• Strong time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Team collaboration skills with proactive problem-solving abilities.
