Customer Support Telecaller

We are looking for a& Customer Support Telecaller & to join our team and act as the first point of contact for customers. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide information, or promote services/products.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Issue Resolution
  • Record customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when required.
  • Provide accurate solutions and support to customers within company guidelines.
  • Ensure follow-up until the customer s concern is fully resolved.
• Sales & Promotion&
  • Pitch relevant products or services during calls as per business needs.
  • Generate leads and transfer them to the sales team when required.
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, queries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Update CRM or call logs with accurate information.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activities and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, or regional languages.
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Persuasion skills for outbound sales calls (preferred).
