Required BPO Telecaller - Kolkata

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused BPO Telecaller & to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, promoting products/services, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. A Telecaller in the BPO process must possess good communication skills, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Listen actively to customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly tone in all conversations.
• Sales & Service Support
  • Promote products or services to prospective customers when required.
  • Generate leads and follow up for conversions.
  • Assist existing customers with product/service-related issues.
• Data Management & Reporting
  • Record details of customer interactions and feedback in the system.
  • Update databases with accurate customer information.
  • Prepare daily call logs and share reports with team leaders.
• Team Collaboration
  • Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily/weekly targets.
  • Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication skills.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English/Hindi/Regional language (as per process).
• Active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
