Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to handle the recording, monitoring, and updating of material movement data. The role involves maintaining accurate records of material inward and outward entries , ensuring timely updates in the system, and supporting the inventory/warehouse team with proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data related to material receipts (inward) and issues (outward) in the system/ERP.
• Maintain accurate logs of stock movement, purchase entries, and dispatch details.
• Cross-check GRN (Goods Receipt Note), invoices, delivery challans, and material issue slips with system entries.
• Ensure timely and error-free data entry to support inventory management and reporting.
• Coordinate with storekeepers, purchase, and accounts teams for material-related updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for material in & out transactions.
• Verify physical stock vs. system data to avoid discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of all records.

Skills & Competencies Required

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry software/ERP systems .
• Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with numbers and maintain error-free records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of inventory, warehouse, and stock management processes .
