Job Description
Key Responsibilities &

1. Payment & Accounts Support
  • Update customer payments daily in trackers/ERP.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Department for reconciliations, payment receipts, and TDS records.
  • Update vendor bills online and process documentation in RAMCO software .
  • Follow up on work orders for new vendors and track approvals.
  • Prepare and share receipts for maintenance-related payments .
2. Sales & Project Reporting
  • Prepare monthly reports of sold, unsold, and possession-pending flats.
  • Track and maintain project-wise databases (sales, possession, and payments).
  • Prepare MIS and reports for management review.
3. Customer & Internal Coordination
  • Assist CRM Executives in customer documentation and follow-ups .
  • Share payment break-ups and assist customers in loan processing documents.
  • Maintain accurate filing of customer agreements, receipts, and NOCs .
  • Support in preparing meeting reports and data presentations .
Skills & Competencies
  • Knowledge of accounts coordination, ERP tools, and real estate reporting .
  • Strong analytical & documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce, and RAMCO software .
  • Detail-oriented with ability to maintain accurate databases.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
