Job Description
You just need to be a self-motivated, go getter with good communication skills. Soltec will equip you with necessary skills that will help you make your dream come true. Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Assist in identifying potential clients through research, networking, and cold calls.
    • Collect and update contact details of prospects in databases or CRM systems.
    • Help qualify leads for sales conversion.
  2. Sales Support
    • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, quotations, and proposals.
    • Shadow sales executives during client meetings and calls to learn best practices.
    • Participate in follow-up activities with clients via phone, email, or messages.
  3. Customer Interaction
    • Handle basic queries from prospects under supervision.
    • Build rapport with potential clients to support lead nurturing.
    • Provide feedback from customers to improve sales strategies.
  4. Market Research & Analysis
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Study customer preferences and suggest improvements to sales pitches.
    • Prepare reports on findings for the sales team.
  5. Target Support & Monitoring
    • Work with senior executives to understand revenue targets.
    • Track personal contributions toward meeting goals.
    • Assist in monitoring progress of ongoing sales deals.
  6. Reporting & Documentation
    • Maintain daily or weekly sales activity logs.
    • Prepare Excel sheets, CRM reports, or presentations for review.
    • Document learning progress and performance improvements.

Skills & Competencies Required

  1. Core Skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
    • Confidence in speaking with clients and prospects.
  2. Technical Skills
    • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of CRM tools (an advantage but not mandatory).
    • Ability to use online research tools and social media for prospecting.
  3. Personal Attributes
    • Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and new challenges.
    • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.
