A leading Health Insurance Company is hiring for Agency Manager.&

An Agency Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth by recruiting, training, and leading a team of agents. This role is especially significant in industries such as insurance, finance, and sales-based organizations , where business expansion depends on building and managing a network of productive agents. The Agency Manager is responsible for ensuring that agents are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to achieve their sales and business targets. By focusing on agent recruitment, performance monitoring, and continuous skill development, the Agency Manager contributes directly to the company s overall revenue and success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Agent Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Identify and recruit potential agents through various channels such as referrals, networking, and job portals.
    • Conduct interviews and select candidates who fit the role.
    • Guide new agents through the onboarding process and company orientation.
  2. Training & Development
    • Organize training sessions to enhance agents knowledge of products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements.
    • Provide continuous mentoring and coaching to help agents improve performance.
    • Ensure agents are updated with new product launches, policy changes, and market trends.
  3. Business Generation
    • Drive sales through agents by setting clear targets and action plans.
    • Motivate the team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
    • Support agents in client acquisition and deal closures when required.
    • Develop strategies to expand the customer base and explore untapped markets.
  4. Monitoring & Performance Evaluation
    • Regularly review agents performance against set objectives.
    • Track sales reports, activity logs, and business pipelines.
    • Identify underperforming agents and provide corrective guidance.
    • Reward top-performing agents to encourage healthy competition.
  5. Team Leadership & Motivation
    • Build a strong team culture by promoting collaboration and trust.
    • Resolve conflicts, provide guidance, and maintain discipline within the team.
    • Recognize achievements and motivate agents through incentives and recognition programs.
  6. Reporting & Compliance
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment, training, and business generated by agents.
    • Submit regular progress reports to higher management.
    • Ensure all agent activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
