Job Summary:-We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. We re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success.Job Responsibilities:- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.- Understand customer needs and requirements.- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends andidentifying sales opportunities.- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.- Perform effective online demos to prospects.Skills Required:- Proven inside sales experience.- Track record of over-achieving quota.- Strong phone presence and experience in B2B US sales.- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.- Strong listening and presentation skills.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
