Manager - Business Development - Wires & Cables Division (5-10 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (B2B/Corporate Sales)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Brand Head for our Wires and Cables division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen the brand, drive sales growth, and enhance market presence. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for brand management.Key Responsibilities: 1. Brand Strategy Development: - Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies for Wires and Cables.- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.- Collaborate with senior management to align brand strategies with overall business objectives.2. Marketing Campaigns: - Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.- Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.3. Product Management: - Work closely with product development teams to ensure alignment between brand positioning and product offerings.- Assist in the launch of new products, including the development of marketing collateral and promotional activities.4. Sales Support: - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and presentations.- Provide training and support to sales personnel on brand-related topics.5. Event Management: - Organize and manage brand events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.- Represent the brand at industry events and conferences.6. Stakeholder Engagement: - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and industry partners.- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the values and vision of Wires and Cables.7. Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare regular reports on brand performance, marketing activities, and market trends.- Analyse data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
