The role involves field-based sales, building customer relationships, and directly promoting financial/insurance products. Roles and Responsibilities:- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, leads, and referrals- Pitch suitable financial/insurance products based on customer needs- Convert prospects into clients through persuasive communication and needs-based selling-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals - Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned- Attend product training, market updates, and internal meetings regularly- Ensure complete documentation and compliance as per regulatory and company normsEligibility Criteria: - Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Any Field) 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
