Responsibility & Roles :- Life insurance companies need motivated and attentive managers who can Identify and recruit potential insurance advisor- Acquiring new Agents or Advisors on a regular basis. Licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly- Coach advisors to be more productive, plan a strategy and hit the goal.
