Job Description:Content:- Ideate & participate in the development of evidence-based yet engaging content for various platforms like social media, ads, blogs, & ebooks.- Review and evaluate content for accuracy, clinical relevance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.- Collaborate with influencers and industry experts to create compelling content and build a strong network.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, biotech, & marketing to ideate new product features and help launch them.- Ensure that medical content aligns with product strategy, messaging, and target audience needs.- Stay up-to-date with the latest health and wellness trends and research to ensure content is accurate and engaging.Community & Customer Experience:- Work with the social media and clinical support team at Inito to answer user queries and educate them.- Moderate our community and ensure it remains a safe space for our users to share their charts and personal health information.- Ideate with the community and clinical team to help improve customer engagement & experience.Team Education:- Assist in developing and delivering educational materials and training programs for internal team members including marketing, product, customer service, & operations.Requirements:- Bachelor s or Master s degree in medicine, such as M.B.B.S/B.H.M.S/B.A.M.S.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex medical information in a clear and concise manner.- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, and the ability to stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in social media.- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to learn new medical knowledge based on upcoming research.- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and adapting to new technologies and tools.
