Job Description
Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai (Work from Office)Role and Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK market for our IT solutions and services.- Drive the entire sales cycle, from prospecting, lead generation, and building relationships to closing deals.- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring strong partnerships.- Understand clients business challenges and position our IT services to meet their needs.Research and stay up to date on the UK IT landscape, market trends, and competitors.- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase market share in the UK.- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining profitability.- Collaborate with the internal teams, including marketing, product development, and technical teams, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of client expectations.- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and develop client relationships.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM and follow-up with leads efficiently.Skills & Qualifications:- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, with a focus on IT services, preferably with a proven track record of generating sales from the UK market.- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IT services sector, including software development, cloud solutions, AI/ML, and staff augmentation.- Sales Expertise: Expertise in international sales, particularly in the UK market.- Proficient in lead generation, sales funnel management, and closing deals.- Demonstrated success in driving sales and meeting revenue targets.- Strong ability to identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers in the UK.- Ability to build relationships and establish rapport with clients in the UK market.- Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. A master s degree is a plus.Soft Skills:- Self-motivated and target-driven.- Strong negotiation and closing skills.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic sales environment.Nice-to-Have Skills:- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and how they relate to B2B sales.- Experience working with offshore IT teams.
