Role: Blended Customer Service Executive - Salary: - Freshers: - 25,000 CTC - Experienced: Up to - 35,000 CTC - Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate - Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
-Roles & Responsibilities: - Handling customer queries via chat and voice.
-Ensuring high-quality service.
-Resolving customer issues effectively.
-Shift & Days: - Females: General day shift.
-Males: 24x7 rotational shift (including nights).
-Working Days: 6 days a week.
-Off Days: 1 rotational week off.
-Age: 18-30 years - Language: Strong English communication (Versant 5 level).
-Additional Information: - Basic computer knowledge is required.
-Training period is 15 days with a stipend of - 1,000 per day.
-No cab facility is provided.
