Manager - Business Development - Agri (5-10 Yrs) Udaipur (B2B/Corporate Sales)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our business growth in B2B segment within the agri-input industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones, and work closely with other business representatives to identify and close new business deals or expand existing opportunities.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead market research initiatives to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and emerging industry trends, ensuring data-driven decision-making.- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth, expand the customer base, and drive revenue.- Arrange and attend business meetings with existing and prospective clients, building positive relationships and identifying their objectives- Promote the company s products/services by addressing or predicting clients objectives, and develop sales and marketing strategies in collaboration with business representatives- Take a lead role in developing new business proposals, presentations, and nurturing opportunities and partnerships through sales meetings and events such as exhibitions and conferences- Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short, medium, and long-term targets- Manage, mentor, and monitor the BD team, setting performance goals, analyzing team performance, and providing training, support, and motivation to drive productivity and ensure achievement of sales targets.QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS- Master s degree in Agricultural/ business administration, marketing, or any other related field.
