Job Description
- Role: Business Development Executive/Manager- Location: Vadodara- Experience : 3-8 yrsRole Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive/Manager with 3-8 years of experience in selling IT services to clients in the US and UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in US and UK regions.- Develop sales strategies and lead generation plans tailored to the IT services industry.- Conduct outreach through email campaigns, LinkedIn, cold calls, and networking.- Prepare and present proposals customized to client needs.- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers including CTOs, CIOs, and procurement teams.- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure timely delivery of pre-sales solutions and proposals.- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Maintain pipeline and sales activity records in CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer needs.Requirements:- 3-8 years of experience in business development/sales in the IT services industry.- Proven track record of success in generating leads and closing deals with international clients.- Strong understanding of software development, digital transformation, cloud, and related services.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to work in flexible shifts to align with US/UK time zones.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.- MBA or Postgraduate Degree is a plus.- Prior experience working with offshore development teams or in a remote sales role.Benefits:- Attractive salary performance-based incentives- Learning & development opportunities- Exposure to international markets and enterprise clients (ref:updazz.com)
