Field Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy client interaction, business development, and achieving sales targets through direct fieldwork. Unlike traditional managerial roles, this position does not involve team handling you will be responsible for your own sales activities and client relationships.

As a Field Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, meet clients in the field, and convert prospects into customers. You will actively visit assigned territories, identify potential opportunities, and present company products and services effectively. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be a key part of your role, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.

You will also track competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide insights to management. The position requires persistence, excellent communication, and negotiation skills to close deals successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.

Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present solutions.

Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales deals.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitor activities.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on field activities and sales performance.

Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales targets.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Minimum 1 3 years of experience in field sales or business development.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
