Job responsibility :

Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data

Support the creation of content for social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms

Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for marketing activities

Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches

Track marketing performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness

Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and marketing documents

Support daily administrative tasks and project coordination
