Vehicle Loan Recovery Officer- Truvandrun

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Vehicle Loan Recovery Officer to join our team. The primary role of this position is to ensure timely recovery of vehicle loan installments from customers, manage overdue accounts, and maintain healthy loan portfolios. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a customer-centric approach while handling recovery processes.

As a Loan Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for following up with customers on pending payments, visiting clients in the field, and resolving overdue cases. You will also handle repossession processes when required, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines. Maintaining proper records of recoveries, settlements, and customer interactions is a key part of this role.

This role requires integrity, persistence, and the ability to deal with sensitive financial matters in a professional manner. Candidates with prior experience in collections, field recovery, or vehicle loan recovery will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers for pending and overdue vehicle loan payments.

Conduct field visits to track and meet defaulters.

Negotiate settlements and ensure timely collections.

Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and customer communications.

Coordinate with legal and repossession teams where required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.

Submit daily and weekly recovery reports to management.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

0-1 year of experience in loan recovery, collections, or field operations preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Willingness to travel extensively for field recovery.

Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
