Job Description
Project Lead:Industry Requirement: Strictly Beauty/Cosmetics/Personal Care/Skin careSales & Industry Expertise:- Drive nationwide sales with strong knowledge of the beauty industry, trends, and consumer behavior.- Team Management - Lead and motivate field teams, ensure KPI achievement, maintain staffing, and reduce attrition.- Market Insights & Analysis - Gather market intelligence, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to boost performance.- Client & Communication Skills - Act as SPOC, manage client relationships, share updates, and ensure smooth project execution.Requirements:- Excellent communication skills- Must be currently handling at least one entire region (West region preferred)- Mandatory experience in handling larger teams- Experience in Sales, Operations, Retail Execution, and Client Servicing is a must- Should be aware of Beauty industry and market insights.
