The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and securing projects on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and other portals. You will be a key player in driving new business growth by crafting compelling proposals and converting leads into clients.Key Responsibilities:- Search and identify relevant projects/tenders on bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.)- Write and submit high-quality, tailored proposals to prospective clients- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project requirements- Manage and update profiles on bidding platforms for better visibility- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication for ongoing deals- Collaborate with internal technical teams to gather accurate project estimates and timelines- Keep track of bids, responses, project pipeline, and conversion rate- Meet monthly and quarterly bidding and closure targetsRequirements:- Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field- 2 years of experience in online bidding or freelance platforms (preferred)- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills- Strong understanding of sales processes and online lead generation- Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions- Familiarity with IT services such as web/app development.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven (ref:updazz.com)
