Graphic Designer (3-5 Yrs) Pune (Content/Design)

We are seeking a Graphic Designer (3-5 years of experience) to join our marketing and sales enablement team. In this role, you ll be responsible for developing creative, visually impactful assets that simplify and humanize complex AI concepts for enterprise audiences. Your work will be central to building brand identity, supporting go-to-market initiatives, and enabling sales.If you are a creative thinker who enjoys balancing high-quality design with startup-level speed-and want to influence how enterprises adopt cutting-edge technology-this is a great opportunity.Key Responsibilities :Sales Enablement :- Design high-impact sales decks and presentations tailored for enterprise buyers- Develop modular, reusable pitch deck templates for diverse audiences- Create visual frameworks and case studies that articulate product value and customer successMarketing Collateral :- Design infographics and visuals to explain technical product features -Create whitepapers, digital reports, and thought leadership assets- Build web and social media assets for awareness and lead generation- Support event branding-banners, booths, and merchandise designsBrand & Visual Identity :- Maintain and evolve visual brand systems (colors, typography, icons)- Create reusable templates, design kits, and style guides- Ensure consistent and polished design across all touchpointsData Visualization- Turn complex data into simple, engaging visuals- Design graphs, charts, and infographics for presentations and marketing- Create data-driven visual templates for recurring contentRequired Skills & Experience- 3-5 years of professional design experience, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or technology- Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing and sales design work- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy- Experience working on decks, presentations, and infographics- Strong communication and collaboration skills- Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications :- Experience with enterprise software, AI/ML, or developer tools- Proficiency in Figma or collaborative design platforms- Familiarity with Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote- Basic animation or motion graphics experience- Web design/digital marketing design experience- Familiarity with using AI design tools and productivity accelerators- Experience creating and maintaining design systems- Understanding of print design and production (ref:updazz.com)
