Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, promoting our real estate projects, and closing property deals. This role requires a balance of fieldwork, digital marketing, and customer relationship management.Key Responsibilities:Sales: - Generate leads through online platforms, cold calling, field visits, referrals, and real estate networks.
-Conduct site visits and explain property features to potential buyers or investors.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
-Negotiate deals and close property sales with proper documentation.
-Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.Marketing: - Develop and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to promote projects.
-Handle social media pages, online property portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, etc.), and Google Business Listings.
-Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing material (banners, flyers, hoardings, etc.).
-Plan and execute events, property expos, and local promotions.
-Research competitors and market trends to optimize positioning and pricing.Skills & Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Basic knowledge of real estate procedures and legal documentation is a plus.
-Proficiency in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms.
-Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
-Ability to work under pressure and handle client objections effectively.
-Own vehicle preferred (for site visits). (ref:updazz.com)
