With a growing clientele across various industries, we are seeking a dynamic Sr. Digital Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing) to lead and scale our digital efforts across multiple client accounts.Key Responsibilities:Account Leadership : Lead and manage multiple client accounts across varied industries ensuring strategy alignment and client satisfaction.Team Supervision : Oversee internal digital teams (SEO, SEM, Content, Social Media, Design & Analytics) and delegate tasks effectively.Strategy & Campaign Planning : Devise ROI-driven, omnichannel digital marketing strategies - including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Influencer & Content marketing.Performance Marketing : Plan, execute & monitor paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc. with performance tracking via platforms like Google Analytics,Client Servicing & Reporting : Regular client communication, presenting campaign plans and monthly/weekly performance reports.Trendspotting & Innovation : Stay updated with evolving marketing trends, tools, and best practices.Crisis Management : Resolve escalations, performance dips, and social media threats proactively.Tool Proficiency : Hands-on experience with tools like SEMrush, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Hubspot, and others.Presentation Skills : Making effective Digital Marketing Strategies for pitch decks to be presented to prospects.Business Development : Attending Digital Marketing pitches with the Business Manager to take care of the technical explanation of the campaigns.Requirements :- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Technology or related field.- Minimum 2 years of agency-side experience, managing multiple accounts simultaneously.- Proven track record of handling 360- digital marketing campaigns across platforms.- Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Perks & Benefits:- Competitive Salary Package- Exposure to a wide client base across multiple industries- Friendly, fast-moving, and growth-oriented work culture- Working with a Young and Dynamic Team (ref:updazz.com)
