Job Title:Liaison and Marketing Executive - Paints DivisionLocation:Bhubaneshwar & BhopalJob Purpose:To facilitate smooth coordination between the company and key external stakeholders including government departments, dealers, contractors, and influencers, while promoting the brand and supporting the sales team in driving market presence and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Liaison Activities:- Establish and maintain relationships with local government bodies (Municipalities, Pollution Control Board, etc.) for obtaining licenses, NOCs, and handling compliance-related tasks.- Coordinate with large institutional buyers, project developers, and contractors to support sales efforts and ensure brand visibility in key projects.- Follow up with regulatory authorities for factory operations, product certifications, and logistics clearances.- Act as a point of contact for resolving local operational and legal issues.Marketing Activities:- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, dealer meets, influencer (painter/contractor) engagement programs, and product demos.- Identify and develop new dealer/distributor relationships in untapped markets.- Support digital and on-ground brand activation activities in collaboration with the central marketing team.- Track competitor activities and share actionable insights with internal teams.- Ensure timely distribution of marketing materials (banners, brochures, samples, etc.) across regions.- Promote loyalty programs among painters, contractors, and applicators.Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).- 2-5 years of experience in liaison/marketing roles, preferably in building materials, paints, or construction industry.- Good communication skills in English and local languages.- Basic understanding of government processes and compliance documentation.- Knowledge of dealer network operations and market behavior in the paints industry.- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing knowledge.Key Competencies:- Networking and Relationship Management- Negotiation and Coordination- Market Awareness and Customer Orientation- Initiative and Accountability- Ability to Travel Extensively (ref:updazz.com)
