The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation through a balanced mix of outbound calls, LinkedIn networking, and email outreach. Candidates with a background in IT Infrastructure and IT Services will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects and leads.- Generate 2-3 qualified leads daily through a mix of calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients via professional networking platforms and personalized communication.- Maintain accurate records of lead activity, follow-ups, and progress in CRM tools.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products/services and improve sales skills.Skills & Experience Required:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking.- Proven ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.- 3-10 years of experience in inside sales or business development.- Candidates with experience in IT Infrastructure or IT Services sales will be given preference.
