Telecaller (0-1 Yrs) Bangalore (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, managing customer interactions, and promoting our products/services over the phone.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling:- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services.- Respond to incoming inquiries and provide relevant information.- Resolve customer queries and ensure satisfaction.Sales & Promotion:- Pitch and sell products or services to meet sales targets.- Upsell or cross-sell when appropriate.Data Management:- Maintain accurate records of customer information and interactions in the CRM.- Document feedback and suggestions for service improvements.Team Collaboration:- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversions.- Share market insights and customer preferences.Customer Engagement:- Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive interaction.- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.Requirements- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.- Experience: Fresher or Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is advantageous.Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Persuasive and confident in conversations.- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.- Work Schedule: Mon - Fri ( 10 AM - 6 PM)Location : Indiranaga (ref:updazz.com)
