JindalX - Inside Sales Role (1-4 Yrs) Delhi NCR (Telesales/Inside Sales/BPO)

Responsibilities.- Identify and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients business processes, pain points, and objectives.- Develop and present customized BPO solutions tailored to clients specific requirements.- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.Skills :- Should have 3 yrs. of experience.- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the BPO or related industry.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong understanding of BPO services and industry trends.- Ability to analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
