Hiring for Customer Service Support Coordinator - Only Females Mumbai - Andheri- Only Females Candidates preferredResponsibilities:- Follow standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management- Verify the documents and release the delivery order.- Coordinating with Port Terminal Operations/Vendor at port/back office for customs related queries.- Complete all functional HIP training timely.- Finalize and distribute invoices/reversals for freight/additional charges- Handles invoice cancellations and reissuance.- Monitors outstanding invoices, invoice amendments and time pending invoices.- Validate and settle revenue disputes where applicable.
-Coordinates internally issues to fix revenues.- Finalizes disputes in FIS.- Handles port call changes- Handles request for special cargo import handling- Complete all functional HIP training timely- Perform vessel balancing tasks prior sailing, to ensure the best vessel utilization- Perform vessel balancing after sailing for vessel cleanup- Handles VGM reminders- Follow standard processes and new requirements as communicated by management- Complete all functional HIP training timely.- Handle customs activities included but not limited to export/import manifests, in-bond handling.- Responsible for customs declarations- Monitors rejections/acceptances- Handles House Bill mismatches.
