JD for Business Development Executive:Company Background:- A fully funded tech start up- Six years old- Founded by an IIT, IIM graduate (LinkedIn Profile: Location- Gurgaon- www.louievoice.comLouie Voice SDK Proposition:Proposition- B2BAt Louie Voice, we have developed an SDK (a software plug-in) which can voice-enable any app & website in the world- enabling users to do all critical transactions end to end with just their voice commands, in multiple languages.In other words, Louie Voice software plug-in is a piece of software that a B2B customer has to integrate with their app/ website in order to voice enable the functionalities of their app with Louie Voice.Louie Voice SDK is NOT AN APP but a B2B ProductLouie is currently live with 3 customers:1. Aditya Birla ABCD app- Digital Gold is live. UPI, Bill Payments and Mutual Funds to Aditya Birla ABCD UPI Customers- - We, currently have 6 customers (2 Banks, 2 Mutual Funds & a Financial super app & large Payments Provider) and are also closely working with Regulators (RBI, SEBI, NPCI).- We have a rich pipeline of interested customers across Financial Sector (Banks, Mutual Funds, Stock Trading, Payments, Insurance) in India and abroad.- The company has started generated revenue and is working towards breakeven within 12-18 months.Why do we need the position of Business Development Executive:- A strong need has been felt for managing rapid Business growth, particularly in the context of large number of potential customers who have approached us for voice enabling their apps with Louie Voice.Business Development Executive Responsibilities:- There are both internal as well external analysis responsibilities. a. External (Growth Opportunity Analysis)- Business Analysis- Do detailed market analysis- Research, analyse and identify global opportunities for Louie Voice SDK - Ideal Person- We are looking for a go- getter with a nose for spotting opportunities globally.b. Internal- Project Analysis- Do detailed tracking of all live/ pipeline projects - Manage critical path and raise proactive alerts for each project- Track resource allocation/productivity and identify gaps - Since the initial focus is on the Financial Sector, customer apps/work flows tend to be similar (e.g. Banks, Mutual Funds)- Hence, a key responsibility would be to establish time and quality standards for the common work flows & thus drive efficiencies of scale - Another critical area would be to ensure that learnings from a project/ workflow are being adequately captured, shared & being actually leveraged for next customer integration with similar work flows (ref:updazz.com)
