Job Description
  • Responsibilities:
    • Counsel students and parents on architecture entrance exams , eligibility, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
    • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins ; convert leads into enrollments.
    • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
    • Guide students on exam patterns, portfolio preparation, and architecture career pathways .
    • Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents to ensure satisfaction and conversions.
    • Collaborate with the academic team to stay updated on exam changes and preparation techniques .
    • Maintain accurate student records and generate reports for management.
    • Participate in seminars, webinars, and workshops to promote awareness of architecture entrance exams.
    Requirements:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
    • Passionate about education and student guidance.
    • Available to work part-time (3:30 PM 7:30 PM) .
    • Prior experience in counselling/education sector is an advantage.
