• Conduct field research including surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions.&

• Collect, record, and validate data from respondents across designated areas.&

• Collaborate with academic experts, project managers, and research leads to ensure data accuracy.&

• Prepare regular progress reports, field notes, and documentation.&

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative findings to identify patterns and insights.&

• Ensure ethical practices and confidentiality in all research activities.&

• Liaise with schools, institutions, and community stakeholders (as applicable).&

• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and visualizations of research outcomes.&

& Qualifications&

• Master s in Psychology, Social Work (MSW), Sociology, Education, or related field.&
