Required Assistant Teacher - Hyderabad

Teacher at Rock Tumblerz caring for 1-4 year olds is responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment that supports the holistic development of young children through play-based and age-appropriate activities. Key tasks include ensuring safety, planning learning experiences, and fostering developmental milestones. Core Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily lesson plans suited to the developmental needs of children aged 1-4, focusing on play, physical activity, and early learning skills.
• Maintain a& safe& and organized classroom environment, ensuring all children are supervised at all times.
• Nurture children 's emotional, social, and cognitive growth through interactive activities, including songs, games, stories, and sensory play.
• Attend to basic needs such as feeding, diapering or toileting, and comforting children as needed.
• Keep records and regularly assess each child 's progress, sharing updates with families.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to foster positive relationships and share information about children 's development.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines expected in early childhood education settings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices for ages 1-4.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to communicate clearly with young children and families.
• Prior experience working with toddlers or preschool children in education or care settings preferred.
• Relevant certifications in childcare or early childhood education are advantageous (e.g., CPR, First Aid).
