Roles and Responsibilities

& Gather requirements from different customers and rationalize it against the broader platform roadmap
& Define programs/project scope / timeline to deliver specific roadmap item and customer requirements
& Engage and align various stakeholders for a given Program keeping in mind various constraints
& Manage the programs for any risks/delays and general progress
& Keep all stakeholder updated with periodic reports
& Adapt process changes, scope reprioritization based on feedback / retrospective learning

Desired Candidate Profile

& Ownership and initiative taking is primary to this role
& Superlative interpersonal skills and communication (especial written) is must.
& Knowledge of few products management or project management tools is desired.
& Should be familiar with technology stacks, a modern agile development cycle and software engineering concepts.
