This role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the travel and tourism industry.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies (digital & offline) to drive bookings and brand awareness.- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and travel platforms.- Design and execute promotional campaigns, travel fests, and seasonal offers.- Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and convert them into bookings.- Create engaging content (blogs, social posts, reels, brochures, videos) showcasing destinations and packages.- Build partnerships with travel agencies, influencers, and tourism boards.- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, CPL, engagement rates).- Manage the company s brand image and ensure consistency across all channels.- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.- Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve set goals.Requirements:- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the travel & tourism industry.- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).- Excellent communication, content creation, and campaign management skills.- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging ideas.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Leadership qualities and ability to manage a team effectively.
