Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated& Co-Teacher (Fresher)& to join our early childhood education team. The Co-Teacher will support the Lead Teacher in managing classroom activities, engaging children in learning, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about working with children and are beginning their career in education.Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in delivering daily lessons, activities, and play-based learning.
• Support children s social, emotional, and academic development through guided interactions.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Prepare teaching materials, activity resources, and classroom displays.
• Observe and document children s progress and share inputs with the Lead Teacher.
• Assist in managing student behavior positively and effectively.
• Communicate courteously with parents, staff, and peers when required.
• Supervise children during classroom sessions, outdoor play, meals, and transitions.
• Participate in staff training, workshops, and school events.

• Education:& Graduate in any discipline
• Experience:& Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their learning journey.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
