Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions and ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the drive to build long-term relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication.
• Actively listen and handle customer queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
• Resolve customer complaints and conflicts effectively with problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate customer records and manage data efficiently.
• Share knowledge of company products/services and provide recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve individual and team targets in a fast-paced work environment.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing/HR preferred).
• Excellent verbal & written communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Professional email, phone, and WhatsApp etiquette.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
