Job Description
Position: Sales/Sr. Sales RepresentativeCompany: English Browne India Limited Location: Madurai, Tamil NaduJob Type: Full-timeIndustry: Healthcare/FMCGRoles & Responsibilities:1. Engage with key stakeholders at the counters (retailers, distributors, etc.) to build strong relationships and identify opportunities to increase product sales.2. Execute promotional activities and provide product training to counter staff to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement.3. Ensure regular stock replenishment, monitor inventory levels, and work with the sales team to address any stock-related concerns.4. Collect and report feedback from customers and counters, providing valuable insights to the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.5. Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence with the sales manager.6. Ensure timely submission of daily activity reports and sales data.7. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and brand representation in all interactions.9. Previous experience in launching new products or working with a launch team.10. Knowledge of the Maduri market and local consumer behavior.Skills & Qualifications:1. Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industry.2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.5. Target-driven and results-oriented approach.6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.7.
