Considering the idea. they have diversified their business and started up a modern and equipped ISO 9001:2015 certified Wire Drawing and Galvanizing Unit with an investment of Rs. 150 million in NH 6. & Now the company needs some potentials staffs for their organization. & Job Title: Business Development Manager (Real Estate) Job Description: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector (residential, commercial, or industrial as applicable). Generate leads through networking, referrals, real estate agents, channel partners, and digital platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotional activities. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and competitor tracking. Represent the company at real estate expos, trade fairs, and industry events. Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and legal requirements. & Years of Experience: Minimum 8 to 15 Years Education Required: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. 8 to 15 years of proven experience in real estate sales/business development. Prior experience in managing high-value property sales will be an advantage. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property sales, and leasing trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to generate leads and convert them into business. Strong client relationship management. Self-motivated with a result-driven mindset. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
