Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Prior experience in managing and leading a sales team is preferable.
Convincing customers by providing the required information.
Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with new as well as old clients.
Continuously monitor and improve operations to ensure alignment with the company business direction.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies with the team.
Identifying and communicating customer needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Handling Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and Corporate tie-up activity to generate maximum business for Residential New projects.
Prospecting and Lead Generation.
Looking for a hard-core performer in selling Residential Properties.

Excellent communication skills, pleasing personality & convincing. Please refer to the Job description above.
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in any Sales, Real-estate Organization will be preferred.
Strong team player Strong interpersonal skills.
Experience in direct sales will be an added advantage.
