This is an entry-level position prior experience is not required. The ideal candidate should be able to speak and write in English and Italian confidently, and be willing to learn and grow in the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming inquiries (calls & messages) from potential clients
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients
Coordinate and assist with property viewings
Maintain follow-ups with clients
Provide support in day-to-day real estate operations Benefits & Allowances Travel reimbursement for client visits during working hours (company will cover official travel expenses)
Incentives/commissions for closed property sales (as per project guidelines)
Annual salary increment (10 15% based on company norms & performance)
