Salary: Up to 7 LPA (4.5 2.5) About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Academic Counselors to join our team. As an Academic Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding students in their educational journey, helping them make informed decisions, and ensuring they enroll in programs that align with their career aspirations. Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about academic programs, career paths, and course selections.
• Generate and convert leads through calls, counseling sessions, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a database of prospective students and track communication effectively.
• Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead conversion and enrollments.
• Stay updated with industry trends and educational opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in any field (Master s degree preferred).
• 2 3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or EdTech industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
