In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders by accurately picking items from the warehouse inventory and preparing them for shipment. This is a fast-paced role that requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:& Accurately pick and retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or a digital scanner.& Inspect items for quality, damage, or defects before packing.& Pack products securely and neatly to prevent damage during transit.& Label packages with correct shipping information.& Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.& Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.& Assist with inventory counts and restocking shelves as needed.Requirements:& Fresher or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.& Ability to lift and move packages as required.& Strong attention to detail and accuracy.& Ability to work in a team environment.& Willingness to work in shifts (rotational shifts may be applicable).& Immediate joiners will be given preference.& Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
