The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound cold calls to UK-based prospects.- Identify potential leads and gather relevant business information.- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and leads in the CRM system.- Schedule appointments.- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams for campaign feedback and strategy improvement.Key Requirements:- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in cold calling or outbound lead generation (preferably in the UK market).- Excellent communication skills in English - both verbal and written.- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
